The body of the junior doctor was found on August 9 inside the seminar room of R G KarтАЩs emergency building, where, according to the chargesheet, she was resting during night shift. On Monday, 58 days after the rape-murder, the CBI filed a 45-page chargesheet in the Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateтАЩs court in Sealdah, stating that Roy committed the crime. The chargesheet did not mention gangrape, said sources in the CBI, referring to allegations about involvement of others.
