An interim government has been formed under the leadership of Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus. However, many protesters are now returning to work. Nineteen-year-old Abhik, who was protesting against Sheikh Hasina just a week ago, is now working as a traffic officer. Abhik told *The Indian Express*, “We got rid of the government, but now we have to take responsibility. I have an injury on my leg, but it’s our duty to serve the people.” Abhik, a second-year architecture student, mentioned that he fractured his right arm during the protests due to baton charges and tear gas.
