Badlapur Encounter Case: सार्वजनिक अभियोजक ने अदालत को बताया कि कुछ वकीलों द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पर किए गए सार्वजनिक बयानों के कारण कब्रिस्तान खोजने के प्रयास सफल नहीं हो सके। महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट को सूचित किया कि वह थाणे पुलिस द्वारा सोमवार को कथित फर्जी मुठभेड़ में मारे गए बदलापुर यौन हमले के आरोपी की दफन के लिए एक उपयुक्त, एकांत स्थान की पहचान करेगी। न्यायमूर्तियों रेवती मोहिते डेर और एम.एम. साठये की पीठ ने आरोपी के पिता द्वारा उसके बेटे की दफन के लिए भूमि आवंटन की मांग को लेकर दायर आवेदन पर तत्काल सुनवाई की अनुमति दी।

The Maharashtra Police informed the Bombay High Court on Friday that it would identify a suitable, secluded location for the burial of the Badlapur sexual assault accused, who was killed in an alleged fake encounter by the Thane Police on Monday. A Bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and MM Sathaye granted an urgent hearing after the accused’s father filed an application seeking allotment of land for his son’s burial.
