सोशल मीडिया पर भारतीय रेल का एक वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है। इसमें एक रेलवे वेंडर ट्रेन चाय/काफी में मिलाने के लिए ट्रेन के टॉयलेट से पानी निकालता दिख रहा है। कहा जा रहा है कि यह वीडियो पिछले साल दिसंबर में रिकॉर्ड किया गया था। मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, यह वीडियो सिकंदराबाद रेलवे स्टेशन पर चेन्नई सेंट्रल-हैदराबाद चारमीनार एक्सप्रेस में शूट किया गया था। इधर कुछ दिनों में यह वीडियो फिर से वायरल होने पर अब रेलवे ने एक्शन लिया है।
वीडियो में दिख रहा है कि एक वेंडर ट्रेन के टॉयलेट के चाय/कॉफी रखने वाले स्टीन कैन को लेकर निकलता है। जब एक यात्री उससे पूछता है तो वह साफ इनकार कर देता है कि उसने कुछ गलत किया है। पीटीआई को दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे ने बताया कि वेंडर पर 1 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया है। हालांकि सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स इतनी सजा पर खुश नहीं हैं। लोग पूछ रहे हैं कि “उसका लाइसेंस कैंसिल क्यों नहीं किया गया?”
दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे के मुख्य जनसंपर्क अधिकारी एम उमाशंकर कुमार ने कहा कि वीडियो में दिख रहे दो लोग अवैध हॉकर्स हैं। हालांकि यह स्पष्टीकरण और सवाल खड़े करता है क्योंकि अवैध हॉकिंग के खिलाफ एक अभियान के तहत अवैध हॉकर्स को सिकंदराबाद रेलवे स्टेशन से हटा दिया गया था। कुमार ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा, ”जांच की गई और उसके आधार पर सिकंदाराबाद और काजीपेट के बीच सेक्शन के ट्रेन साइड वेंडिंग कॉन्ट्रैक्टर, पी शिवप्रसाद के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त एक्शन लिया गया है जिसने वीडियो में दिख रहे वेंडर को लगाया था। लाइसेंसधारी पर आईआरसीटीसी के जरिए 1 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया है।

ठेकेदार पर 1लाख का जुर्माना खानापूर्ति है,उक्त ठेकेदार की सभी गाड़ियों की सेवा समाप्त हो,क्रिमिनल केस दर्ज हो,जिम्मेदार IRCTC अधिकारियों पर कार्यवाही हो,भविष्य में खानपान सेवा स्थानीय महिलागट एवं सामाजिक संस्था को दिया जाय, रेल यात्री परिषद की रेल मंत्री से मांग

1. Why they haven’t cancelled the license of the vendor ?

Please do not just fine the vendor. Please terminate it’s licence with very immediate effect and make sure this licensee vendor will be black listed for ever. imposing fine is a soft punishment. licensee/ contractors are very influential people so their has be a big punishment.
