Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited the residence of Shashi Bhushan Abrol in Jammu on October 21. Abrol was one of seven victims killed in the Gagangir terror attack on October 20. Sinha expressed his condolences to the family, stating that security forces have been given full authority to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.
